Monika Chabior - Deputy Mayor of the City of Gdańsk for Social Development and Equal Treatment. Sociologist and social activist. Manages Gdansk's education, social assistance, cooperation with NGOs and support for social innovation, as well as coordinates implementation of horizontal policies: "Gdańsk Model for Equal Treatment", "Gdańsk Model for Integration of Immigrants". She is an active social activist for human rights, social inclusion, and emancipation of groups at risk of exclusion.

Ela has over 20 years of experience in global finance, from 16 years in NatWest. Since 2013 leading supporting functions for Poland businesses, and making an active part in global projects. Since October 2017 Ela's focus is on Property & Workplace agenda with aim of creating a truly versatile working experience for NatWest colleagues. Founder of NatWest Women Network Poland, valued corporate social responsibility leader and diversity supporter, she also acts as a mentor in many various projects. Poland representative and vice-chair of European Employees Council at NatWest, advising NatWest Board in strategic decisions. NatWest Poland's Diversity & Inclusion Lead since January 2019, embracing the work of all diversity's lenses and delivering strategic inclusion goals. Co-host of podcast "My friend depression" where she tries to normalise mental health issues. Proudly neurodivergent. Alumna of postgraduate studies for Diversity & Inclusion Management at Cornell University. Awarded in Responsible Business Forum's bi-annual 'People that change the business' in 2021 in two categories, "Business" and "Diversity Management".

Biography
After 10 years spent in the European institutions and associated offices as a Project Manager in the field of Youth, Education & Civil Society and also at the Anna Lindh Foundation Euromed, I had the opportunity in 2006 to join the group L'Oréal as HR Director and social relations of a logistics center/warehouse in the Paris region, then I was expatriated as Country HRD in Latin America before taking in 2011 the responsibility for the group L'Oréal of all diversity issues as Global Diversity Officer beside the Vice President of Human Resources. In 2014, I had a startup opportunity in Paris as partner of "Ressources Officielles", an HR consulting and coaching firm that allowed us to support many organizational projects and talents across the world. In 2017, the Spanish group INDITEX, the parent company of retail fashion brands such as Zara, Massimo Dutti, Berschka, invited me to join a new opening position for Diversity & Inclusion large Europe zone in the international HR team in order to propel the deployment of their policy. I am native from the countryside of Lyon, born in a fascinating Algerian Berberian family. I have a degree in management of organizations, and I also have a Master of Professional coaching. In 2012, I had the privilege to be auditor of the 9th promotion of CHEDE (cycle for higher studies of economic development of French Economics Ministry). I am Ambassador of the ENAR Foundation (European Network against Racism) and I teach and share my experience in different HR and Business school. I am member of the Club du 21ème siècle in France, a fantastic network dedicated to D&I. I lived in 9 countries and working in 5 languages helps me to enjoy all my commitments in HR and D&I.
